Government of Canada Community Services Recovery Fund (CSRF)

In May 2023, the Collaborative Justice Program: Restorative Justice Ottawa (CJP) was proud to receive a grant for pandemic recovery from the Government of Canada Community Services Recovery Fund (CSRF), administered by the Ottawa Community Foundation. CSRF is a $400 million investment from the Government of Canada to support community service organizations, including charities, non-profits and Indigenous governing bodies, as they adapt and modernize their organizations. This grant allowed CJP to contract a consultant familiar with the local justice community, to identify prospective individual donors, corporate sponsorships, and foundations. We are extremely grateful for the support in helping CJP continue to deliver restorative justice services throughout Ottawa, assisting those affected by crime to heal.
